In this video, see the main steps to remove and replace the DSG automatic gearbox on the Skoda Octavia 2.0 TDI, as well as on all other Volkswagen group models with the same engine. First, lift the vehicle and remove the front wheels; then drain the engine oil and remove the battery and battery tray, as well as the intake hose.

At this point, extract the front driveshaft and undo the engine mount bolts; unscrew all the bolts of the gearbox casing to remove and replace it, following the video to the end!
