Volkswagen Golf - Video tutorial

Model: Volkswagen Golf MK 3, Golf 3, Golf III - Years 1991-1997
Part: Air conditioning
Operation: Removing the internal heating radiator

The internal radiator for passenger compartment heating is located in the center of the dashboard, behind the central tunnel: start by removing the gear lever handle, the casing at the base of the lever and the fixing pins, including lateral ones, continuing with those of the glove box and other accessory elements of the dashboard. Once the center tunnel console has been removed, disconnect the cigarette lighter socket and continue with the disassembly of the ventilation vents, the heating adjustment controls and the rear air ducts. Remove the cover under the dashboard on the passenger side, where the ventilation fan is also located; then access the engine compartment to disconnect the delivery and liquid return pipes to the internal radiator and place some rags on the passenger side mat to absorb the liquid while extracting the air conveyor inside which the radiator is located.

How to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo

Let's see in this short and simple guide the instructions that will allow us to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo. First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video. At this point we block the bonnet with the lateral rod; then we accompany the bonnet down to close it again!
