Let's look at the layout of the fuse boxes on the Ford Kuga II, starting with the one inside the cabin. This is located behind the glove compartment, so you will need to remove the lower part of the compartment by emptying it and pressing inward on the elastic retaining clips to lower the glove compartment and access the area. A second box is located in the engine compartment, to the right of the battery, directly in front of the driver (left-hand drive). A third box is located in the boot, above the right rear wheel arch, in a compartment secured by a screw. The fuses for the cigarette lighter, which are also power sockets, are: F61 in the dashboard box; F15, F17, and F18 in the engine compartment box; and F27 for the power socket in the boot, in the boot box.
