Video tutorial
The video shows how to clean the EGR valve on a Peugeot Partner/Citroën Berlingo 1.6 HDi without completely removing it. The YouTuber starts with an intermittent engine warning light issue, having already resolved some air leaks with a smoke test. The EGR on this model is liquid-cooled, larger and more complex than standard ones. To access it, remove the brake fluid reservoir, the wipers (16 mm bolts), the battery compartment plastics, and the air filter box (13 mm bolts, mass airflow connector, hoses). Once access is cleared, instead of removing the EGR, use a DPF cleaning fluid (like Bardahl found on Amazon with code B07K5875JB at a price of £16.49, free delivery for Prime customers) sprayed through the EGR pipe and directly into the valve, allowing it to act for a few minutes. Then rinse with brake cleaner. Reassemble everything and start the engine: no warning lights on.

How to Open the Bonnet of the Toyota C-HR?
In this tutorial, you will learn how to open the bonnet of the Toyota C-HR, a very simple operation that follows the typical procedure for most vehicles. First, unlock the catches using the remote button, then open the driver's door, locate the lever in the lower left area of the dashboard, and pull it. Next, move to the front of the vehicle, locate the second lever, push it to the left, and simultaneously lift the bonnet. To close it, simply let it drop gently. by ScegliAuto More videos
