In this video tutorial we can see how to reset the engine oil warning light on Volkswagen Routan. The first thing to do is car maintenance such as changing the engine oil and filters. After performing the do-it-yourself service, get in the car and put the handbrake; insert the key and turn on the instrument panel; wait about 10 seconds from flashing and the "CHANGE" message appears; now press the accelerator pedal three times within 10 seconds. Turn off the ignition and take out the key. After 10 seconds insert the key, turn on the ignition and wait another 10 seconds to see if the oil warning light comes on again. Reset performed.
