What to Do If Your Car Won't Start After Cleaning the EGR

In this video, we discuss a problem that can occur more often than you might think: you have cleaned the EGR valve well and think your car will now run perfectly, but instead, it starts and then immediately stalls. Let's see how to get it running again. Disconnect the pipe going to the throttle body, and start the car. At first, it may not start even then, but try again by pressing the accelerator fully, and the car will stay running. Now keep the revs up and reconnect the manifold that you had removed. The car stays running and should not give any more problems.
