Peugeot 308 Fuse Box Diagram

Today, you will learn where the fuse box is located and how each fuse functions on the Peugeot 308. Open the front bonnet using the lever located inside the driver's side of the car. You will notice the fuse box on the right side of the engine. In most cars, it is a black square box. To access it, unscrew the screws holding the cover of the box (remember, if you need to work on one or more fuses, disconnect the positive terminal of the battery to avoid damaging the fuses or any part of the car's electrical system). Once the top cover is removed, you will see all the fuses installed in your car. Below is a diagram explaining what each fuse corresponds to for easy identification. Designation (for 1st generation) F10 - 30A Engine control system components for petrol: ignition coils, solenoids, oxygen concentration sensors, injectors, heating system elements, fuel pump, electronic thermostat; diesel engine: solenoids, heating system elements. F20 - 10A Electronic thermostat, fuel control solenoids, turbocharger pressure control solenoid (diesel engine), coolant level sensor (diesel engine). F19 - 15A Oil vapour heater (1.4 l 16V and 1.6 l VTi 16V), adsorber solenoid (1.4 l 16V and 1.6 l VTi 16V), oxygen concentration sensors (petrol engine), air cooling solenoids (diesel engine). F18 - 15A Right headlight (dipped beam). F17 - 15A Left headlight (dipped beam). F16 - 10A Left headlight (main beam). F15 - 10A Right headlight (main beam). Headlight washer F4 - 20A. F2 - 15A Horn. F10 - 10A Diagnostic connector, direction indicator distribution, airflow sensor (diesel engine), diesel particulate filter additive pump (diesel engine). F21 - 10A Vehicle speed sensor circuit, ABS/ESP ECU. F12 - 10A Power steering control unit, automatic gearbox, coolant level sensor. F8 - 30A Wiper low/high speed. F14 - Starter switch 25A. F3 - 30A Boost pressure solenoid. F5 - 20A Engine ECU power, injector solenoids and EGR (on 2.0 l HDI 16V engine), injectors (on 2.0 l HDI 16V engine). F6 - 15A Canister solenoids, electric pressure reducer for turbocharger (1.6L THP 16V engine), oil vapour heater (1.6L THP 16V), diesel heater (1.6L HDI 16V).
