Removing the Clutch Master Cylinder on Golf 4

Is the clutch pedal pump on your Golf 4 not functioning anymore? Let's see how to remove it from the engine bay. Lift the bonnet and secure it, then remove the air filter box to access the clutch pedal pump (remove the battery if necessary). Start by removing the securing pins of the clutch pump, then take out the piece inside the cabin. Once the piece is removed from its seat, proceed to disconnect it (unplug the circulation pipes). Pull the clutch pipe into the car (if it needs replacing). Install the new piece in the engine bay, tighten the screws properly, and test the correct operation of the clutch pump. Refill the hydraulic system with suitable oil.
