Removal of Air Conditioning Radiator (Condenser)

Model: Mazda 6 GH, MK 2 - Years 2008-2012

Open the front bonnet and unscrew all the screws on the plastic cover of the front grille.
Lift the vehicle on a lift and unscrew the fixing screws of the front bumper, also releasing the clips inside the wheel arches (there is a screw that connects the bumper to the wing just below the wheel arch).
At this point, remove the bumper and disassemble the headlights; remove the central bracket with the impact sensor for the airbag deployment;
unscrew the fixing screws of the flanges of the front crossmember and remove it.
Then remove the front grille (disconnecting any connected plugs) to finally access the radiator assembly.
Unscrew the fixing screws of the air conditioning condenser and the related pipes to remove it.
Check for any leaks in the new condenser by pressurising it with compressed air and proceed with reassembly in reverse order.
