How to Locate Fuses and Understand Their Schematics in a Chevrolet Silverado

Model: Chevrolet Silverado MK 3 - Years 2014-2018

The first fuse panels of a Chevrolet Silverado can be found inside the vehicle's cabin, located behind the cover on the sides of the instrument panel, on both the driver and passenger sides. These two boxes contain fuses assigned to: driver window switch, passenger window switch, backlighting switch, ignition, HVAC, data link connection system, SEO, heated steering wheel, radio, sunroof, airbags, amplifier, front fan, rear window controls, door locking and unlocking, etc. At the far right of the engine compartment, we find the third fuse box, which contains: trailer brake, anti-lock brake system, rear defroster, ignition coil, high beams, low beams, fog lights, brake lights, fuel pump, windshield wipers, air conditioning compressor, injectors, oxygen sensor, horn, washer, etc.
